I Can HELP you BE the best version of yourself

Havening is a powerful yet gentle technique that has been developed to create a ‘safe’ haven in a therapeutic setting to help release an encoded traumatic memory or a deep rooted emotion safely and quickly.

hypnotherapy has a effect on the subconscious mind, where you will feel relaxed and calm.

What is Hypnosis?
It may be surprising to learn we experience trance many times during the course of our lives. Passing into ordinary sleep involves a kind of trance state which hypnosis is similar. Neither asleep or awake it’s a little like daydreaming with a pleasant feeling of relaxation during it all. The brain is made up of the conscious and subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy works on the subconscious mind where you will feel relaxed and calm and ready to bring about the positive changes in your life.

Hypnosis is a different state of consciousness which you can naturally enter so that for hypnotherapy purposes, positive affirmations may be given directly to your unconscious mind.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is using the state of hypnosis to treat a variety of medical and psychological problems. It may even succeed where other more conventional methods of treatment have not produced the desired result. When carried out by a trained and qualified hypnotherapist the benefits can be long lasting. It is natural and safe with no side effects. Hypnotherapy attempts to address an individual’s subconscious mind using the power of suggestion for beneficial change. When a person is in a relaxed state of hypnosis, that’s when the brain is at its most receptive to positive change.
How does Hypnotherapy Work?
Hypnotherapy works firstly by relaxing a person. When a person is relaxed their brain is relaxed so we can appeal to the subconscious part – the part that sometimes acts as a little monkey on your shoulder an encourages us to do things we shouldn’t do. We generally know what to do from our conscious part or our intellectual part of the brain, however our subconscious can often be in conflict with us. For example, a smoker will know from their intellectual brain that they shouldn’t smoke and its dangerous, however the subconscious part will encourage such behaviour and make excuses for us. When we appeal to the subconscious mind during hypnotherapy, we are bringing it in line with our conscious mind in order for us to be able to change our behaviour.
What can hypnotherapy help with?
Hypnotherapy is medically accepted to benefit the following and more unwanted habits: Smoking, Nail Biting, Weight Control, Healthy Eating, Depression, Confidence, Phobias, Emotional Problems, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Insomnia, IBS, Pain Control, Sports Performance, Low Self Esteem, Goal Orientation, Blood Pressure, Painless Childbirth, Skin Problems, Minor Surgery, Dentistry, Aches and Pains, Sexual Problems. Whenever your problem is due to habitual conditioning, Hypnotherapy can be used to treat unresolved events in your past which are being sustained at an unconscious level.

Have you wanted to give up smoking but felt you couldn’t break the habit?

Addicted to alcohol? It can have a very temporary positive impact on our mood, but in the long term it can cause big problems for our mental health.

We all experience feelings of anxiety, worry and fear from time to time. These are normal responses to certain situations.

Overcoming Trauma

Havening can change the way a traumatic memory is held biologically, allowing that memory to become insignificant enough to strange the structure and the way it is held so when you think about it.

Sports Performance

Are fears holding you back such as dropping the ball, fear of missing a goal or shot, or just not feeling good enough to be picked for the team? Maybe you want to relax more, feel more focused or in control?
